When I started Alimonia Life I was unsure of the direction, I just knew that I wanted to create a safe space for anyone who found themselves on the road of divorce. Knowing firsthand the agony of the thought process, the dread of the conversation and the uncertainty of the future, I know that most importantly people need support. The months that follow are unfamiliar territory as you start to tear down and rebuild your life. 

I feel like I have found one of my life’s missions. It gives me joy when we have an “ah ha” moment or learn something new. Life is about the evolution of our minds and the growth moments. Every living thing is in a constant cycle of growth and change. Divorce changes us for sure but we can choose to let it change is for the better. 

I am committed to this cause and I want to see every single one of us succeed in every area of our new lives. For that reason I have been very open and honest about my experience in my blog posts. I have sought out other writers who can do the same. It is through transparency that we can reach people in the dark. Our goal is to uplift you during this growth period of life. 

Although I have been very transparent about my journey, there are some areas of my life that are off limits. I will not talk specifically about my kids or go into great detail about their lives. I will not discuss my dating life. I can have conversations or write in these areas but it will not include personal information. I thank you in advance for your understanding. 

As I have said before I created Ali M as a cover while I was healing. Ali was a shelter for me to communicate my thoughts and feelings. She will remain in Alimonia Life as a shelter for anyone who wants to tell their story without revealing their identity. 

Serving you has become one of my greatest pleasures. I thank you for being here and taking part in your healing and elevating the other members of the group. We rise together. Keep growing and glowing.
